Traktor + Beatport

Last year I had the chance to try out the streaming service that Beatport offers as a built-in feature for Native Instruments' Traktor. At first it was difficult for me to find the tracks that I really was looking for. But after a few minor tweaks I think I've found this option quite resourceful. Nevertheless, under the regular package, you still relay on your connection to the internet, you may find yourself stuck in a middle of a set and the app may loose the internet connection, which can be a little frustrating.

In that sense, Beatport offers his premium package that offers the opportunity to download up to 1000 tracks to your computer, but certainly you won't be able to access those tracks that are not in your playlists.

Hace algunos meses tuve la oportunidad de utilizar el servicio que ofrece Beatport para Traktor de Native Instruments. Sin duda es una gran ventaja tener acceso a miles de piezas musicales de manera casi instantánea. Sin embargo aun me he encontrado en ocasiones que Traktor pierde conectividad durante las presentaciones, lo cual, en un momento dado puede resultar frustrante.

Una opción puede ser ultilizar el servicio premium que ofrece la oportunidad de bajar los tracks previamente a tu disco duro, sin embaro perdemos la ventaja de poder tener acceso a cualquier pieza en internet.
